NAZC 2024 Pre-order

Introduction

This document provides information for the pre-order form that attendees of the North American Zoroastrian Congress can order.The core purpose of the pre-order is for Zoroastrian Culture Shop to understand, how much stock to take as a minimum to the NAZC 2024. Most of the existing products available on the website and new ones that are going to be introduced at the event are included. The section titled product selection are the individual ones that are selected to be part of the pre-order. These products provide attendees variety to select from. Attendees will get up to 20% off on all products.

Terms & Conditions

  • Discounted pricingapplies from18 October 2024 until 18 November 2024.
  • Collection from The Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria, officially hosting the NAZC 2024.
  • Collection dates: 26 December 2024 – 1 January 2025.
  • All orders can be placed until 18 November 2024.
  • Please have photo ID available or order confirmation upon collection.
  • Name on the preorder form to be the same as the photo ID provided to collect the correct products.
  • Family members and friends can collect orders at the NAZC 2024. Please include this information in notes section with the full name, email address and phone number of the person collecting the products on your behalf.
  • It is your responsibility to select the correct size products.
  • We will do our best to accommodate customised design requests.
  • Products are available until stocks last.
  • Pricing may vary on customised sizes and designs.
  • National and international shipping is not available on preorders.
