All bulk orders must be sent by email to support@zoroastriancs.com and through the Feedback Form on our website. Discounts can be provided for bulk orders, depending on the quantity.

Please inform KDFJ Enterprises immediately if incorrect sizes of Zoroastrian religious products are ordered. If the order is not packaged and sent, KDFJ Enterprises will ensure that the preferred sizes of religious products are sent. Once the package reaches the intended destination, no replacements or refunds for the wrong sizing will be offered. This can be reviewed on our Terms and Conditions page.
The minimum domestic shipping cost in New Zealand will be NZ $8.00 per package. The minimum international shipping cost is NZ $19.00 per package capped at 2 kgs. Shipping costs can be subject to change. KDFJ Enterprises will advise customers and stakeholders of any changes in advance. Freight costs for bulk quantities will be provided on a case-by-case basis for domestic and international deliveries. Local carrier handling fees may apply in your location. KDFJ Enterprises will not compensate customers and stakeholders for handling fees incurred.

No, not all currencies are accepted. Stripe is our payment gateway provider. There is a list of foreign currencies that are not accepted by Stripe. The list is available here. KDFJ Enterprises have no control on Stripe’s policies and procedures.

Customers and stakeholders are liable for paying duties, taxes and handling fees to their relevant regulatory bodies. KDFJ Enterprises will not compensate customers and stakeholders for duties, taxes and handling fees incurred.
Orders are processed within one week of receipt. This is based on adequate stock for Zoroastrian religious items. It takes between 4-6 weeks for new stock to arrive. This gives our suppliers time and takes international shipping into consideration.
10-14 working days for shipments to arrive. A confirmation email will be sent when an order is received. Please include the correct address to ensure that there are no delays. Packages can be sent to physical and PO Box addresses. We recommend packages to be delivered to physical addresses.
